Mingle said goodbye to the Sugars (Sugar, Maltodextrin, Dextrose), Maize starch, Shortening Powders (Milk and Soy) (yes these gravies are plant-based for vegans!), Artificial Colours, Anti-caking Agent and Vegetable Oil. Then they added a whole bunch of favourite herbs and spices.

Unlike seasonings, they needed a functional ingredient to thicken the gravy otherwise this gravy would be so damn runny! They used potato starch and rice flour to achieve this. There is no intentionally added Gluten or Gluten Containing Cereals in any of these tasty ingredients.
